1. Picking up on the clues - how to read and use body language and other non-verbal communication; using self-presentation to create impact
2. Re-assessment of individual targets - reviewing your goals in the light of the knowledge gained from feedback and your fieldwork assignments

1. Establishing meaningful peer support - how to ensure that you have the right kind of people cheering you on and giving you honest and constructive feedback
2. Managing contacts - how to organise, and evaluate your contacts; relationship building to keep your network alive and active

1. Maintaining momentum – self-help strategies for keeping motivated and staying focussed
2. Creating your bi-annual strategy – formulating and discussing personalised action plans
