- Re-assessment of individual targets - reviewing your goals in the light of the knowledge gained from feedback and your fieldwork assignments

- Establishing meaningful peer support - how to ensure that you have the right kind of people cheering you on and giving you honest and constructive feedback
- Managing contacts - how to organise, and evaluate your contacts; relationship building to keep your network alive and active

- Maintaining momentum – self-help strategies for keeping motivated and staying focussed
