Gael offers a consultation service for individuals in Central London. You can book to see her for just one or two sessions for advice on a specific issue or you may wish to arrange an individually tailored course of 6-8 sessions.
Although Gael is a qualified and highly experienced psychotherapist, she now usually chooses to work with individuals using a guided self-help approach. Most commonly, clients are seen at fortnightly or monthly intervals for a 1 or 1.5 hour session and are asked to commit to doing homework tasks each week. For people travelling long distances longer sessions at less frequent intervals can be arranged.
